Customized Training to Meet Your Staffing Needs

Skilled employees are a key to the success of your business. Whether it's upskilling current staff or onboarding new employees, Peninsula College offers customized, flexible training solutions to meet your workforce needs. Training can take place at your facility, at Peninsula College's campus, or through Mobile Classrooms.

Mobile Classrooms are designed to travel readily to regions of the peninsula that don't have access to training. The Mobile Welding Classroom is outfitted with eight welding bays, ready to offer hands-on training at your worksite or in your community.

The Mobile Flex Classroom is anticipated to be ready for instruction and deployment in Winter of 2027. The mobile unit is designed to be flexible in response to meet employer and community workforce needs. The classroom can be outfitted with instruction tailored to specific industries like construction and fabrication. Through these programs, you can benefit from a local talent pipeline, reduced training costs, and workforce-ready employees.
