Our partner, Olympic Connect, is a community care hub that will pair you with a trusted helper who will help you get resources you need to thrive, including job connections, childcare, food, healthcare, and more.
Additional training can be the bridge to give you the skills you need for a good job.
Our educational partners are focusing on industry-specific training programs that offer short-term certificates to get you into the workforce with the skills you need as soon as possible.
Recompete is investing in the local maritime, forest products, construction, and manufacturing industries. These sectors are the focus because they build on existing industries in the region, maximize our geographical advantages, and lead to high-wage, in-demand jobs.
These projects will expand current capacity, attract new businesses to the region, and ultimately create good local jobs in these industries.
